Siri has built strong capabilities to expedite your lead identification and optimization at reduced costs. Our domain expertise spans both structure-based and analog-based drug design. We provide services in virtual ligand screening, molecular diversity analysis/clustering and ADMET Modeling.
 

Structure-based Drug Design
Siri can provide structure-based drug design services if the 3D structure of the binding site on a target (enzyme/receptor) is known. We specialize in Docking and de Novo techniques to design ligands that are likely to interact with the binding site of a target and find out the optimum interaction.

Analog-based Drug Design
In many instances where the 3D structure of the binding site is unknown, Siri can provide pharmacophore modeling and QSAR (Quantitative Structure Activity Relationships) based drug design services. We can develop 3D interaction map based on known active analogs for the intended target. By applying appropriate technology, we can develop statistical models on physico-chemical properties and design ligands for target.

Virtual Ligand Screening
We can help you with in-silico screening of large databases of chemical compounds using Docking or Pharmacophore models, depending on the availability of 3D structure for the binding site. Siri’s offshore and on-site services can be exploited to identify leads faster and reduce costs.

Data Analysis
Siri provides data management and analysis services, including molecular diversity/clustering analysis, database characterization, analog discovery and directed structure selection for binding assays/toxicity etc. Our data analysis services are geared towards saving time in virtual/experimental screening of compounds

ADMET Modeling

Genomics and proteomics data requires intensive analysis and validation. A large volume of data comes in and out of innumerous laboratory experiments. Siri offers consulting services in data analysis of the following:

Genomics/Proteomics Data Analysis
We provide sequence analysis, gene identification, boundary validation and  function prediction services. These services include

  • Sequence analysis of any given data by using various publicly available bioinformatics tools like Blast, ClustalW, Pfam, SW, PSI Blast etc.,
  • Gene identification to validate the correct start and stop of the coding sequence in the correct frame for validating the right candidate genes before proceeding for transformation studies.
  • Screening the identified candidates for various parameters such as similarity to any known allergen/toxin by checking them against required sources to validate the genes for further selection.
  • Compiling information on previous reports of transgenic studies on any chosen gene to give a comprehensive idea on the expected behavioral patterns in the transgenic in different generations.
  • Creation of phylogenic trees to understand the similarities in various gene groups using certain Bioinfomatics tools.
  • Data analysis of any functional genomic experimental data. For instance, transgenic phenotypic data generated by transformation experiments in any organism can be analyzed and a comprehensive report be submitted for each experiment
  • Validate data analysis for its correctness/reproducibility vis-à-vis published literature, whenever available

End-to-end microarray data analysis: We import your microarray images for further analysis if you are looking for end-to-end services. Thereafter we analyze gene expression patterns by applying various statistical techniques. We provide comprehensive expression analysis reports.

Gene expression analysis: We import multi-platform image analyzed data from various sources like Scanarray, Genepixpro, Agilent and Affymetrix. Further, we provide preprocessing, image normalization and comprehensive statistical analysis reports.
